We primarily ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage, which provides reliable and cost-effective delivery within the United States.

Please note that some items may ship directly from third-party vendors. In these cases, the shipping carrier and method may vary and may not be USPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Rates are determined at checkout and reflect current carrier pricing, whether shipped by USPS or a third-party vendor.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Items shipped from third-party vendors may have different processing times.

Delivery Time

  • USPS Ground Advantage orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • Orders shipped by third-party vendors may have different delivery timelines.

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

Because some items may ship from different locations or vendors, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! We offer local pickup or delivery within 25 miles of zip code 52231.

Enter code LOCAL at checkout to waive shipping. Please add your pickup or delivery details in your order notes.

If any items in your order are not available for pickup/delivery, or if you are outside of the service area, the shipping fee will be reapplied and those items will be shipped instead.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. For items shipped by third-party vendors, tracking details will be provided when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
